Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager, based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring sustained client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing client requests, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and monitoring account performance against set objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in account management, client relationship management, and business development.
- Experience in strategic planning, solution presentation, and sales pipeline management.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of ICT technologies and industries related to 5G, Ip Network, IoT, and Wirelees communications in general is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage complex client projects from initiation to execution.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Higher Education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 5-8 years in account management, preferably within the ICT or technology sector.
