THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a
Financial Controller PNL Reconciliation
for a national project.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Maintain Level 1 accounting controls for a defined set of products within your team, ensuring all controls are properly justified. This includes reconciling operations data with inventory and sensitive accounts;
  • Analyze discrepancies and risks (operational or financial), monitor resolution progress, and escalate issues to management when necessary;
  • Collaborate effectively with partners, anticipate known issues before closing, ensure smooth communication during closing, and document problems post-closing to prevent recurrence;
  • Drive continuous improvement of control processes, implementing permanent solutions to reduce manual adjustments;
  • Document team procedures and guides, support onboarding and training for new joiners, and actively participate in team and department meetings;
  • Lead or contribute to efficiency projects, proposing process and system improvements to strengthen controls and reduce operational risk;
  • Support major Finance projects, including replacing the current General Ledger (CODA) with the Group Ledger (OFS);
  • Assist in all phases of the OFS project (requirements, testing, shadow production, controls), participate in training on new tools and processes, and help with other business and regulatory projects (requirements, testing, post-migration controls).

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite proficiency;
  • Fluency English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
