About The Role
The Sales Controller Manager is responsible for the correct accountability, analysis, anticipation and control of the trade spend, and of the insurance and implementation of the commercial indicators principals.

Your responsibilities

• Be the main interlocutor for the category for any finance information, which includes:Net Revenue, marketing costs, product costs, opeartional margin.
• Analyse and own the financials for the category, providing a full picture analysis from sell-out to sell-in and profit, ensuring the brand team have best in class knowledge and ownership of their financials.
• Support the marketing team on building plan/forecast strategies with focus on NPD/EPD/P&S & Productivity, ensuring new launches financials are robust.
• Own the marketing budget, providing an accurate estimation for plan & forecast of the marketing accounts and ensure no material deviations.

The experience we're looking for

• 3 years of experience in Big4 audit/ same role in multinational company.
• Academic bakground in Business with Finance and Accounting major.
• Analytical skills, strategic vision, commercial acumen, ownership.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

The skills for success

Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting principles, Financial Analysis and reporting.
