Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service pour une entreprise de Meal Card, parlant français C2 / natif sans accent, pour rejoindre un environnement hybride et dynamique à Braga.
Le rôle consiste à fournir un support client de haute qualité, gérer les demandes et assurer la satisfaction des clients, tout en respectant les standards de lentreprise.
Responsabilités principales
- Répondre aux demandes clients liées aux services de Meal Card
- Fournir un service client efficace et professionnel
- Documenter les interactions et incidents dans les systèmes internes
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes complexes
- Maintenir la satisfaction client conformément aux standards de lentreprise
Profil recherché
- Français : C2 / natif, sans accent (impératif)
- Résidence à Braga ou aux alentours obligatoire
- Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client
Rémunération et avantages
- Base Salary : 880 euros sur 14 mois
- Performance Bonus : 140 euros sur 12 mois
- Meal allowance : 7,63 euros par jour
- Bonus de poste Braga : 20 euros sur 12 mois
- Assurance santé : dès le premier jour (paiement mensuel requis), gratuite après 6 mois de contrat
