Join a fast-growing multilingual team in Lisbon and play a key role in ensuring that online content complies with legal and platform guidelines. You'll work onsite with internal teams for a major global tech company, reviewing reported content and supporting notice-and-takedown operations related to areas such as privacy, defamation, and intellectual property.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, analytical thinkers who want to gain hands-on experience in digital law no prior legal background required.

Location: Lisbon 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00

What You'll Do

  • Review, analyze, and take action on reported online content, no sensitive content

  • Evaluate text-based reviews and occasional visual content (photos, websites, etc.)

  • Apply legal guidelines provided by the client no need to research external legal systems

  • Process incoming legal requests involving privacy, IP, defamation, fraud, and more

  • Assess the validity and eligibility of each request

  • Stay updated on client policies and content regulations

  • Deliver high-quality decisions within established turnaround times

  • Develop insight into key areas of digital and online law

What You Bring

  • Fluent German + strong English

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with BPO metrics and workflows
