Your Role
As a
Customer Service Specialist
for the Payment Solutions Account, you will:

  • Provide professional support to users of digital payment services.
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues across email and chat.
  • Ensure adherence to service levels and high-quality responses at every interaction.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to resolve technical and general inquiries.
  • Document cases accurately and provide timely follow-ups until resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction metrics throughout the case journey.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including nights.

Requirements

Fluent French C1

Solid English C1
Minimum 6 Months Of Experience In Customer Service
Strong customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)

Team player with the ability to work independently

Valid work permit for Portugal (no visa sponsorship)
