What You will Do:
Customer Support: Assist customers via email and chat, primarily in Russian and occasionally in English.
Inquiries Handling: Help with inquiries related to account and payment processes, resolving login and registration issues.
Account Management: Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information; handle hacked accounts and restore characters.
Rewards and Payments: Address questions about the reward program, tokens, and pre-paid game cards, as well as handle payment inquiries and process refunds.
Data Management: Professionally manage and protect customer data.
Who Were Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Excellent level of Russian (C1-C2) and B2 level English, both orally and in writing.
Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and structured environment.
Decision-Making Skills: Capable of making decisions based on established rules and policies.
