DUTIES AND ROLE
Strategic planning

  • Develops, communicates, implements and reviews the processes which embed strategic management in the operational management of the organization.
  • Leads and manages the creation or review of a strategy that meets the requirements of the business.

Specialist advice

  • Provides detailed and specific advice regarding the application of their specialism to the organization's planning and operations.

Financial Risk Management

  • Updates and implements improvements to risk assessment and management methods.

  • Consults on a variety of risk assessment approaches and applications.
  • Evaluates, recommends, and justifies optimum risk management scenarios.

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • NATO Secret security clearance.
  • A Master's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in managing products.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing projects or services.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in line management of product, project or service managers.
  • Experience in customer engagement within large, complex organizations.

Training/Certifications:

  • Product manager/product owner certification.
  • Training of agile ways of working like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, and DaD.
  • Experience in sourcing and vendor management.
