Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you'll review and assess user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform policies. Your role will be essential in maintaining a respectful and secure online environment by enforcing guidelines, addressing user concerns, and staying informed about emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review videos, images, comments, and links, removing content that violates community guidelines
  • Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
  • Handle user appeals, providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance with regulations and platform standards
  • Identify trends and potential risks by analyzing user behavior to support proactive moderation
  • Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
