Your Role – What You'll Own & Drive
Lead with impact:
Guide and motivate a team of Finance & Accounting specialists, ensuring tasks are delivered with precision and within agreed SLAs/KPIs.
Run smooth operations:
Oversee the full F&A cycle — AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and General Ledger — depending on your team's scope.
Keep the numbers spotless:
Ensure all invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Be the go-to expert:
Handle escalations, resolve complex financial queries, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
Own performance excellence:
Track KPIs, monitor service levels, and proactively identify opportunities to boost results.
Your Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table
Educational foundation:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. A Master's (MBA/CA/CMA) is a powerful plus.
Finance expertise:
5–7 years of hands-on F&A experience in SSC/GBS or corporate finance, with 2–3 years leading or supervising teams.
Technical mastery:
Deep understanding of AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and GL processes within a Shared Services/GBS environment.
ERP fluency:
Skilled in SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar enterprise systems.
Data-driven mindset:
Advanced Excel skills plus familiarity with BI/reporting tools to turn numbers into insights.
People leadership:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach, empower, and grow high-performing teams.
Language confidence:
Fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
