Customer Support Specialist – Irish Market (Lisbon)

We are looking for Customer Support Specialists for the Irish market in Lisbon. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone, or email, ensuring fast and effective assistance.
  • Manage requests and inquiries independently.
  • Handle complex cases, including investigations and disputes.
  • Support fraud detection and prevention processes.
  • Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations.
  • Share knowledge and support new team members.
  • Adapt to different tasks according to business needs.

Profile:

  • English level C1/C2 (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service or in banking, finance, or insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations independently.
  • Flexibility and motivation to work in dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
