Summary of role: The role is part of the Apex accounting team based in Lisbon.
This role acts as a support team member to the accounting team working on the client's Portuguese companies supporting with preparation of monthly accounting, month end reporting and support on the preparation of tax returns.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Support on the preparation of tax returns
• Support on the preparation of financial statements

Skills Required

• University degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Portuguese tax compliance role and Portuguese GAAP
• Fluent English & Portuguese (written & conversational)
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication, influence and interpersonal skills
• Organised and accurate in working methodologies
