As an Academy Trainee, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:

• Build rapport with stakeholders;
• Assist and conduct meetings with stakeholders to capture business needs;
• Use BPMN to model business processes;
• Create requirements to document business needs, and create test plans, scenarios, test scripts and procedures;
• Test requirements with different business scenarios, log and document test results;
• Analyse existing processes to assess the impact of new features or changes, as well as product quality and readiness;
• Define solutions based on standard Salesforce features;
• Configuration tasks based on specific requirements with Salesforce's most common features;
• Define and implement technical solutions using APEX and Lightning Components;
• Demo requirements to stakeholders, perform exploratory testing and/or oversee UAT (user acceptance testing phase);
• Follow up on the end-to-end delivery of the requirements;
• Help producing adequate training material for end-users;
• Work based on Agile Methodology;
• Work closely with different internal teams.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for recent graduates without experience or with maximum of 6 months of experience;
• You must have a bachelor's or master's degree in the following areas: IT, Engineerings, Computer Science, Technologies, Management or Maths;
• English fluent spoken and written ability;
• We value good communication skills, active listening, teamwork, critical thinking, good energy, motivation and willingness to have a lifelong learning experience.
