The Opportunity

We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Corporate Trainer to deliver a high-impact 5-day programme titled:

"Advanced Corporate Governance, OKRs, and Negotiation Mastery"

This course will take place in Lisbon and is designed for senior executives, board members, and strategy leads from both public and private sector organisations. The programme aims to strengthen governance standards, align teams using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and enhance negotiation capabilities in complex business environments.

You will be supported by LCT's UK-based operations team throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, in-person training to a senior-level audience across three core themes:

- Corporate Governance (principles, board dynamics, ethics, risk oversight)

- OKRs (strategic alignment, measurement, cascading objectives)

- Negotiation Mastery (influence, persuasion, multi-stakeholder engagement)

  • Use case studies, real-world scenarios, and interactive facilitation techniques

  • Adapt content and delivery to suit the delegates' regional context and industry background

  • Collaborate with LCT's operations team to ensure a smooth training experience

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native or near-native proficiency required)

  • Educated to degree level or higher in Business, Law, Public Administration, or Governance

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering training in executive education or corporate environments

  • Subject-matter expertise in corporate governance, OKRs, or high-level negotiation

  • Confident facilitator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, board-level delegates, and cross-cultural audiences
