Project
We are looking for a professional to join the application support team, with a special focus on the analysis, maintenance, and evolution of API integrations between internal and external systems. This role is ideal for those who enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the reliability of applications in a production environment.

Role

  • Monitoring and resolution of incidents related to API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Technical support to internal and external users on application features and flows.
  • Log analysis and API call debugging to identify and correct errors.
  • Collaboration with development teams for continuous improvement of integrations.
  • Documentation of processes and creation of technical FAQs for level 1 support.
  • Participation in integration testing and validation of new features.

We are looking for

  • Previous experience in technical or application support.
  • Solid knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON, OAuth authentication, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret logs and error messages.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
  • Good communication skills and customer focus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Python, Bash) is valued.
