We are looking for Dutch native speakers OR fluent in English (B2) to work as a Customer Service in call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client is the European leader in travel experiences.

Mission of the project:

  • Act as a Travel Advisor
  • Help customers managing their bookings and problems/queries they may have
  • Provide general information about products and services available
  • Counselling customers regarding the company's services;
  • Find the best solution for your customers' needs

Requirements

  • Native Dutch OR Flemish + English level (B2/C1)
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 20 pm
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Experience in customer service is preferrable
  • For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit/ hold an EU Passport
