Customer Service Representative (French) – Search Engine Technical Support


Location:
Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)


Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (rotational shifts)

Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (rotational shifts)


Hours:
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week


Days Off:
2 days off per week (rotational)

About the Role

We are looking for a
French-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our technical support team for a leading search engine platform. You will assist users by providing high-quality customer support and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to search engine functionality.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product changes, system updates, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C2)
    and good command of
    English (B2 level minimum).
  • Previous experience in
    customer service or technical support
    preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and search engines.
  • Ability to work
    on-site in Lisbon
    and in
    rotational shifts.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal (no visa sponsorship).
