Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for event planning and execution, including logistics coordination, client communication, and vendor management. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to develop event concepts, sourcing suppliers, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that all aspects of the events run smoothly. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese along with English proficiency is essential.
  • Experience in DMC, Event Planning, Event Management, and Logistics Coordination.
  • Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills.
  • Organizational skills, Budget Management, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability, Problem Solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management tools or software is an asset.
  • Previous work experience in event management or hospitality is preferred.
  • A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
