The Position

*Growth Marketing Manager (d/f/m)
Roche Diagnostics, Portugal (Lisbon)
The Opportunity*
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a member of our dynamic Marketing Powerhouse team and you will be the engine that ensures our life-saving solutions reach the healthcare professionals and patients who need them most. You will transform our strategic goals—focused on major global health challenges in areas like oncology, infectious diseases, and cardiometabolic disease—into flawless, impactful execution.

By orchestrating our omnichannel campaigns and optimizing processes, your work will directly contribute to our long-term ambition to prevent, stop, and cure diseases and improve, prolong, and save lives.

You will be the critical link ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient and impactful by:

  • Strategic Planning: Overseeing and contributing to the strategic planning, development, and coordination of marketing campaigns
  • Project Management: Leading projects from definition through execution, prioritizing high-impact activities, managing planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Omnichannel Campaign Management: Managing the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across digital, events, and direct marketing channels.
  • Tracking performance metrics with a sharp analytical eye and constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and optimizing our processes to drive measurable results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Building relationships with vendors and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication on project updates, timelines, and risks

*Who You Are*
You embody our Core Values of Passion, Integrity & Courage and bring the following required experience and qualities:

  • You hold a master degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
  • You have at least 3 years of product and/or marketing experience, ideally in the Life Sciences sector or related, with demonstrable experience translating complex science into compelling marketing messages
  • You are a strategic thinker with proven project management skills and a demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic organizational projects.
  • You have experience working in cross-functional environments and excel at building trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employing effective indirect leadership
  • You are a highly communicative and engaging person who is open-minded, adaptable, and thrives on change
  • You have excellent communication skills for both presentations and face-to-face interactions, capable of creating and conveying messages appropriately
  • You possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) with ability to communicate at all levels
