About the Role
Spotlite is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify leads and build relationships with senior decision-makers. You'll work with Sales and Marketing to maintain a strong pipeline and support long-term customer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, looking to accelerate their career at an innovative company leveraging satellite-based infrastructure analytics.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and Identify Leads
– Research and engage potential clients through email, social networks (LinkedIn), and outbound calls.
- Qualify Opportunities
– Assess prospect needs, fit, and readiness through structured qualification (e.g., BANT/CHAMP).
- Build and Manage Pipeline
– Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and next steps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing
– Work with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
- Set Qualified Meetings
– Schedule introductory calls and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Gather Market Insights
– Collect and share feedback from prospect interactions to enhance targeting and positioning.
- Track and Exceed Goals
– Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to qualified leads and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales development, outbound sales, or business development
.
- Proven ability to
build and manage a sales pipeline
effectively.
- Excellent
communication, persuasion, and relationship-building
skills.
- Strong
organization and time management
, comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for growth and learning.
- Fluency in
English
(additional languages are a strong plus).
- Proficiency with
CRM systems and sales engagement tools
.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in
infrastructure, analytics, or tech sectors
is a plus, but not mandatory.
