We are looking for a
Senior IT Systems Integrator

As a
Senior IT Systems Integrator – Operations & DevOps
, you will be working for our client, a leader in IT solutions. In this role, you will drive the integration, automation, and operational excellence of critical IT systems, ensuring stability and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments. Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN, including updating CMDB, documentation, managing obsolescence and vulnerabilities.
  • Manage incidents and problems following ITIL V4 best practices to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Guarantee business continuity through proactive problem-solving and service management.
  • Conduct scheduled interventions, including HNO activities, to maintain system health.
  • Automate production deployments and perform scheduled actions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support solution development in coordination with cross-functional teams, including Scrum/DevOps practices.
  • Act as a technical integrator, ensuring smooth system integration and performance.
  • Adhere to DevOps best practices, promoting automation, security, and observability across all processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems integration, operations, or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency with open systems such as Windows, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, etc.
  • Experience with Control-M, CFT (Flux Transfer), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and service management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL V4 frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent soft skills: rigor, politeness, reporting, alertness, proactivity, and communication.
  • Fluent command of English, and French (at least B1).
