About the RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide outstanding service to Danish-speaking customers, supporting them with inquiries, technical questions, and the premium experience they expect from a top-level European brand.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from Danish-speaking customers
- Deliver first-class guidance, answers, and solutions in a friendly, professional manner
- Troubleshoot minor technical concerns and escalate complex cases
- Actively listen to understand every customer's needs, ensuring satisfaction
- Work in a collaborative, international environment, sharing best practices and learning every day
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B1)
- Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Problem-solver, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon
- Holds a valid EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or relevant visa (under consultation)
