We are currently looking for Manual QA Tester

Requirements:
 

Job Description:

A Manual QA Tester is responsible for validating software quality by executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring that applications meet functional requirements. They collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure that issues are resolved, and the final product delivers a consistent and error‑free user experience.

Skills:

Test case creation & execution (manual testing)
Functional testing
Regression & Exploratory testing
Defect reporting
Requirements analysis
Test documentation.
API testing (manual)
Quality Management tools (Jira, ADO, etc..)
Creation and maintenance of test cases and test plans for management tool (Jira, ADO, etc..)
Agile/Scrum understanding
Knowledge in QA best practices and standards
Communication & collaboration skills
Test Automation Knowledge (Nice to Have)

Seniority:

Bachelor + Master + 2 years of relevant experience
OR Bachelor + 5 years of relevant experience
ISTQB Certification or similar

Location: Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid.
