Role overview:
The US Markets Junior Accountant role will support the accounting activities on the 4

US Markets financial operation. This role requires a proactive attitude, meticulous

attention to detail, focus on the result and in meeting deadlines, and great

communication skills to effectively liaise with both finance and non-finance

stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting entries covering general ledger, accounts payable and partners invoicing.
• Support the closing processes.
• Support in vendor and partners queries resolution.
• Manage the accounting workflows.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and other controls.
• Expenses booking and control.
• Banking control, reconciliation, cash management and forecast.
• Support and provide information as required for audit processes.
• Support the business in financial related matters.
• Capex and events spend support and control.

What You´ll Need To Succeed
Experience and technical skills

• 1/2 years of experience in international accounting teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Degree in Accounting or similar.
• Advanced MS Excel.
• General accounting principles knowledge, USGAAP and IFRS are valuated.
• Experience in SAP, Beanworks and Expensify are a plus.

• Capacity to work with people from different cultures and locations and to build good and strong relations.
