We are looking for an trainee to:

  • Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.
  • Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors

We count on you for:

  • Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up

You can count on us for:

  • Receive training in SFDC and SAP
  • Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers
  • Manage Customer Specific Requirements
  • Sample management
  • Customer request management

You will bring:

  • University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
  • No previous experience needed
  • Fluent in English Acute customer centricity
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
  • Eager to learn how to manage projects
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
