We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where artificial intelligence is used to tackle real-world business challenges. In this role, you will help shape intelligent solutions from early experimentation through production, working closely with technical and non-technical teams to bring AI-powered products to life.

This position is ideal for someone with strong expertise in large language models, machine learning, and deep learning, who enjoys transforming ideas into scalable, high-impact solutions.

What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value
  • Build and test experimental AI solutions to assess feasibility, impact, and technical soundness
  • Measure and analyze model performance, including accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
  • Iterate on experimental solutions based on stakeholder input and evolving requirements
  • Select high-potential concepts and help convert them into production-ready solutions
  • Work with engineering and data teams to transition validated ideas into deployable products
  • Improve and refine models to meet performance goals and business constraints
  • Ensure robust validation and testing of AI features in real operational contexts
  • Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms or the creation of new intelligent applications
  • Keep up with advancements in AI technologies and apply best practices to ongoing initiatives
  • Produce clear technical documentation and communicate outcomes to both technical and business audiences
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in an AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics role
  • Strong knowledge of large language models and modern ML/DL frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, LangChain)
  • Proficiency in Python and Java, with practical experience using data processing and visualization tools
  • Exposure to distributed data processing or big data technologies is a plus
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and AI services
  • Ability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and communicating complex ideas clearly
  • Self-motivated mindset with a strong interest in ongoing learning and innovation
