The Role

We're looking for a
hands-on, strategic E-commerce Manager
to own and scale our online business.

You'll be responsible for the full e-commerce ecosystem —
web, mobile, app, CRM, performance, and experimentation
— working closely with the founders and collaborating across brand, design, logistics, and customer support.

This is a
high-ownership role
with real impact on revenue, growth, and how Favorite People shows up digitally across markets.

What You'll Do

E-commerce Strategy, Revenue & Performance

  • Own and execute the full e-commerce strategy across
    web and mobile
  • Own e-commerce revenue targets
    , performance, and forecasting in partnership with founders
  • Manage and optimize our
    Shopify (Plus) storefront
    , including UX, content, checkout, and conversion
  • Define and own a
    continuous experimentation roadmap
    , running A/B tests across website and mobile app
  • Track and report key metrics including
    conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue
  • Translate data into clear, actionable growth initiatives

Mobile App Ownership

  • Lead the
    implementation, evolution, and ongoing optimization of our mobile app
  • Ensure the app stays alive, relevant, and continuously improving the customer experience
  • Drive a mobile-first shopping experience
    , improving speed, UX, and conversion across mobile web and app
  • Leverage app-specific features (push notifications, exclusives, loyalty mechanics) to deepen engagement and retention

CRM, Lifecycle & Retention (Strategic Ownership)

  • Own the
    CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy
    across email, SMS, and app notifications
  • Provide strategic direction and coordination to freelance and external partners responsible for execution
  • Partner with brand/content to ensure
    strong copy, storytelling, and on-brand communication
  • Define priorities, hypotheses, and experimentation frameworks for automated flows
  • Review performance and propose optimizations across
    segmentation, timing, cadence, and creative formats
  • Use CRM insights to inform broader e-commerce decisions around merchandising, drops, and app features

Pricing, Promotions & Merchandising

  • Define and optimize
    pricing and promotional strategies
    across markets
  • Test promotional mechanics (bundles, exclusives, app-first offers, drops) while protecting brand and margins
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, launches, and collection drops across countries
  • Own the
    e-commerce calendar
    across launches, drops, and campaigns

International Growth & Operations Alignment

  • Support international expansion by adapting
    pricing, UX, merchandising, and lifecycle strategies
    per market
  • Collaborate on localization and market-specific optimizations
  • Partner closely with
    design, logistics, retail, and customer support
    to ensure seamless execution across all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure operational readiness for launches, drops, and peak periods

Data, Tooling & Partners

  • Ensure clean tracking, reliable attribution, and clear reporting across Shopify, GA4, CRM, and experimentation tools
  • Act as the primary point of contact for
    external agencies and tech partners
    , setting direction and success criteria
  • Continuously improve dashboards and reporting to support faster, better decision-making

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in
    e-commerce
    , ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC
  • Proven experience scaling Shopify stores (Shopify Plus is a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of
    CRO, performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle strategy
  • Experience with CRO tools, GA4, Gorgias/Intercom, Looker/Data Studio, Klavyo
  • Comfortable working with data, experimentation, and ambiguity
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Curious, proactive, and excited by ownership and responsibility
  • Fluent in English
    (Portuguese is a plus)
