Job Description:
As a French Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our French-speaking clients. You will act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
- Understanding and anticipating client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Providing regular reports and updates to clients on project progress and results
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
- EU Passport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or account management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of talent acquisition and management is a plus
