Role Summary As the Paid Media Manager, you will drive the execution and optimization of our paid media campaigns to support key marketing initiatives and business goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns across channels like search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. A significant part of your role will involve developing and executing sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, leveraging platforms such as 6sense or other B2B Programmatic Advertising tools to target and engage high-value accounts. This role requires close collaboration with local stakeholders, marketing partners, and agency teams to ensure our advertising efforts are effective and aligned with our broader strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance data, and executing optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Execution Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including broad-based and targeted ABM initiatives, across global and local markets to reach target audiences and generate awareness, consideration, and conversion. Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns using platforms like 6sense or similar B2B programmatic advertising tools to engage specific high-value accounts and support sales objectives. Work with internal teams and external agencies to make sure all campaigns are set up and launched on time. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide recommendations for campaign optimization. Performance & Optimization Manage day-to-day campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and alignment with performance goals. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs, with a specific focus on ABM metrics such as account engagement, lift, and pipeline influence. Drive continuous A/B testing through ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and new ad products/solutions to improve effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and ABM best practices to recommend new tactics for improving campaign effectiveness. Collaboration & Support Serve as a key point of contact for our internal stakeholders, advertising agencies, and technology vendors, including ABM platform providers. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, analytics, and regional marketing, to ensure integrated campaign execution and sales alignment. Educate internal stakeholders and promote Paid Media and ABM best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, preferably in a B2B or commercial real estate environment with a focus on ABM strategies. Strong, hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and B2B ABM platforms; direct experience with 6sense is highly preferred. Solid understanding of programmatic display advertising, with experience using platforms such as Google Display Network (GDN) or The Trade Desk considered a plus. Strong written and spoken English language skills. Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform campaign decisions and drive performance improvements. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Understanding of content syndication programs and vendors a plus.
