Our client is developing a wellness and education ecosystem that combines in-person retreats in Portugal with an online platform for learning, community, and personal growth.
The mission is to help people enhance emotional well-being, self-awareness, and quality of life through education, mindfulness, and conscious practices.
We're looking for a Project Manager who shares these values — someone organized, empathetic, and inspired by meaningful projects that bring real impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate retreats, online programs, and community initiatives.
Manage timelines, budgets, and communication between experts and teams.
Maintain project documentation and workflows in Notion.
Oversee online platforms, content updates, and integrations.
Ensure smooth participant experience and consistent quality.
Prepare progress reports, monitor performance, and optimize processes.
Must-have:
2–3 years of experience in project or operations management.
Experience managing online products or learning programs (LMS, CRM, automation tools).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian, and confident English (Upper-Intermediate+).
Nice-to-have:
Background or education in psychology, coaching, or personal development.
Experience managing educational, wellness, or community-based projects.
Genuine interest in well-being, mindfulness, and conscious living.
Work on projects that promote personal growth and mental well-being.
Access to all company's programs and retreats (including onboarding retreat).
Ongoing team learning sessions with the founder and invited experts.
Team gatherings in Portugal for workshops, learning, and connection.
