Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
- Hands-on experience in maintaining configuration management database (CMDB) health within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain CMDB classes, attributes, and relationships to reflect the IT infrastructure accurately.
- Understand and utilize identification and reconciliation tools to maintain CMDB integrity.
- Monitor and manage CMDB health, including identifying and resolving data quality issues and ensuring data compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with other IT service management teams to ensure integration of CMDB with Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes.
- Monitor discovery performance metrics and proactively address any deviations or bottlenecks to maintain CMDB data quality and completeness.
Profile
- Practical experience with CMDB in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of data identification and reconciliation tools.
- Experience in integrating CMDB with ITSM processes.
Location:
Lisbon, Hybrid (2x/week).
