A fischer Portugal está integrada num dinâmico, sólido e experiente grupo empresarial e está atualmente com um processo de recrutamento para o Departamento Customer Service, na zona de Lisboa.

Principais Responsabilidades
Atendimento ao cliente

Gestão de encomendas, reclamações e devoluções

Acompanhamento pós-venda e resolução de incidências

Registo e atualização de informação em sistema/SAP

Comunicação com equipas internas (logística, comercial, etc.)

Tarefas administrativas inerentes à função

  • O que procuramos:

Experiência mínima de 1–3 anos em Customer Service

Fluência em Português, Inglês e Espanhol (obrigatório)

Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal

Orientação para o cliente e resolução de problemas

Bons conhecimentos de informática (ERP/CRM, MS Office)

Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades
