A Belion Portugal está a recrutar um/a
Assistente Administrativo/a
para integrar a equipa em Lisboa, numa função de suporte essencial ao funcionamento diário do escritório e às equipas.

Principais responsabilidades


• Apoio na gestão diária do escritório, incluindo infraestruturas, fornecedores, contratos e logística


• Apoio administrativo transversal às diferentes equipas


• Gestão documental e administrativa de processos internos e de clientes


• Apoio à gestão financeira corrente, incluindo faturação, controlo de despesas e articulação com a contabilidade


• Apoio na organização de agendas, reuniões, eventos internos e iniciativas de equipa


• Colaboração na implementação e melhoria contínua de processos internos

Perfil pretendido


• Elevado sentido de organização e capacidade de priorização


• Atenção ao detalhe e sentido de responsabilidade


• Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal


• Domínio de ferramentas digitais e de produtividade


• Fluência em português e bom domínio de inglês

Requisitos preferenciais


• Experiência prévia em funções administrativas de escritório


• Experiência em contexto jurídico, consultoria ou serviços profissionais


• Conhecimentos de processos de payroll e benefícios


• Experiência com Google Workspace e ferramentas de automação
