We are searching for an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary for an opportunity to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers.
You must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service.
  • 5+ years' experience (Senior) in a similar conveyancing related role
  • Capable of handling large volumes of files 
  • GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)
  • A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage
  • An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
