The Offer


• Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services

• Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner

• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer

• Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue

• Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished

• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service

• Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed

Requirements


• Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English

• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus

• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management

• Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
