We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support software delivery through task execution, automation testing, and documentation.

This early-career role is ideal for professionals eager to learn and grow. With guidance from senior team members, you'll contribute to requirements gathering and analysis, support system integration, and build hands-on experience with automation tools in a collaborative environment.

In this role you will

Common Accountabilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing functional, non-functional, and integration requirements under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Completes assigned tasks related to software implementation, automation testing, and documentation, developing a practical understanding of products and solutions.
• Works under the guidance of experienced colleagues, asking questions and seeking feedback to support learning and growth.
• Participates in team meetings and workshops to understand project goals and contribute to discussions.
• Follows established processes and best practices for automation testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Maintains compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), information security, and data privacy standards, completing all required training.

Additional Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks related to software configuration, automation testing, and documentation.
• Participate in designing and running automated tests, documenting test results and observations.
• Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, such as test cases, user guides, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with team members to understand product features, integration steps, and automation opportunities.
• Support the transition of solutions to support and maintenance teams by providing clear and accurate documentation.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, testing, or related technical tasks.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Commitment to compliance with EHS, information security, and data privacy standard
