We are looking for a Business Analyst & Tester, an hybrid position based in Lisbon.
This will be your responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst (BA) & Tester, you will play a dual role in our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
In addition to your analytical and testing duties, you will also handle various operational tasks such as validating spreadsheets, cross-checking information across different systems, and performing data validations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in CLM/CRM area;
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management;
- Experience with testing techniques (functional, regression, performance, etc.);
- Experience in the Financial Sector (mandatory);
- Good English (min B2).
