What You'll do:

  • Implement and maintain data quality frameworks and standards;
  • Apply and monitor data quality rules and KPIs;
  • Perform data profiling and identify data quality issues;
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support remediation initiatives;
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards;
  • Track metrics and prepare SteerCo-ready reporting;
  • Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, and Architects;
  • Support data remediation campaigns across critical domains;
  • Hybrid work model;

What You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Quality or Data Analytics roles;
  • Strong expertise in data quality management (rules, standards, KPIs, remediation);
  • Strong data profiling and analysis skills (anomaly detection, duplicates, inconsistencies, root cause analysis);
  • Strong SQL skills;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Experience with data governance tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica);
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data compliance (GDPR, CCPA);
  • Fluent English;
