Quality Manager
para integrar a sua equipa.

Procuramos profissionais com experiência sólida em qualidade no setor têxtil, capacidade de liderança e orientação para resultados, que garantam a excelência e consistência dos standards de qualidade em todas as unidades de produção.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Liderança da equipa de controladores de qualidade, assegurando motivação, coesão e alinhamento técnico;
  • Gestão direta da equipa no terreno: alocação de controladores, entrega de mapas de trabalho, mediação de conflitos, suporte técnico e emocional;
  • Supervisão do trabalho administrativo do departamento (recolha e análise de KPIs, manutenção de ficheiros de qualidade);
  • Definição e validação de standards claros e objetivos de qualidade; atuação como referência técnica máxima em situações críticas;
  • Análise de não conformidades, definição e acompanhamento de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Auditorias internas aleatórias às unidades produtivas para garantir cumprimento de processos e standards;
  • Representação institucional da Qualidade junto de clientes, subcontratados e auditorias externas; acompanhamento de auditorias e reuniões periódicas de apresentação de resultados;
  • Desenvolvimento de formações internas sobre procedimentos e standards de qualidade; sensibilização e alinhamento das equipas internas e subcontratados.

Requisitos e Competências:

  • Experiência sólida em qualidade no setor têxtil e gestão de equipas;
  • Conhecimento em auditorias, AQL, KPIs de qualidade e análise de processos produtivos;
  • Forte capacidade de liderança, inteligência emocional e assertividade;
  • Habilidade para lidar com conflito, resistência e pressão;
  • Excelente comunicação com clientes exigentes e capacidade de influenciar sem autoridade hierárquica direta;
  • Sentido crítico, consistência, coerência e elevado sentido de responsabilidade.
