Mercier Consultancy MD is op zoek naar een Nederlandse Customer Service Agent om ons team in Portugal te versterken. Dit is een geweldige kans voor energieke en klantgerichte individuen die willen bijdragen aan onze uitstekende klantenservice. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ondersteunen van Nederlandstalige klanten en hen een geweldige ervaring bieden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Communiceer met Nederlandstalige klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat, en beantwoord vragen over onze producten en diensten
  • Lever gedetailleerde informatie en ondersteun klanten bij hun aankoopbeslissingen en accountbeheer
  • Behandel klantklachten en zorg voor tijdige en doeltreffende oplossingen
  • Documenteer klantinteracties in ons CRM-systeem voor kwaliteitsbewaking en opvolging
  • Werk nauw samen met andere teams om een naadloze en efficiënte service te waarborgen
  • Blijf op de hoogte van productinformatie en bedrijfsupdates om klanten correct te informeren

Requirements

  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling); kennis van het Engels is een pré
  • Ervaring in klantenservice is gewenst, bij voorkeur in een multinationale omgeving
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte benadering
  • In staat om problemen effectief op te lossen en klantbehoeften te begrijpen
  • Kennis van CRM-systemen en algemene computervaardigheden
  • Zelfgemotiveerd en in staat om onafhankelijk te werken in een teamomgeving
  • Bereidheid om je aan te passen aan een dynamische werkomgeving en flexibel te zijn in je werkuren
