About the Project:
This exciting opportunity is with a renowned video gaming brand offering a vast array of products, including five home consoles, two handhelds, a media center, a smartphone, an online service, and multiple magazines. In this role, you'll be the hero for gamers across the Ukrainian market, providing exceptional technical support.
What You'll Do:
- Be the champion for Ukrainian, Russian, and English-speaking players by offering professional technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Become an expert in troubleshooting and resolving account management issues.
- Assist players with product usage, installation, and device synchronization.
- Guide and advise gamers on their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Who We're Looking For:
- Native speaker of Ukrainian.
- Native or fluent speaker of Russian.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
- A problem-solver with a proactive and efficient approach.
- A team player with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite, email).
