Youll guide users, answer questions, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience. Your empathy and communication skills will make a real impactevery day.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related questions or issues.
  • Guide users through product setup, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2+)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (07:0019:00, rotational shifts)
  • Positive energy and willingness to grow in an international team.
