We are looking for an experienced
Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager (M/F)
to join our teams in Portugal.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring engagement and success throughout their journey.
- Provide expert deployment and operational guidance, driving best practices and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product Management) to address technical challenges.
- Monitor usage and proactively resolve hurdles to achieve committed adoption levels.
- Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans aligned with customer value and outcomes.
- Deliver training sessions on new features and refreshers to technical stakeholders.
- Quantify and report the impact of solutions, providing regular value metrics to decision-makers.
- Identify expansion opportunities through success stories and ROI analysis.
- Stay updated on cloud security trends and product capabilities.
Requirements to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in software/cybersecurity.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and complex technical relationships.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (
AWS, Azure, GCP
) and core services (compute, networking, security). - Knowledge of cloud-native security architectures and tools (IAM, KMS, VPC, Security Groups).
- Strong understanding of
SSDLC
and
DevSecOps
practices. - Hands-on experience with application security tools (
SAST, DAST, SCA, container security
). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and security integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Ability to analyze usage data and product telemetry to identify trends and risks.
- Experience with data visualization tools (
Power BI, Tableau
) for insights reporting. - Basic scripting skills (
Python, Bash, PowerShell
) and API-based integrations. - Knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
