Odoo Functional Lead

Wildbran is upgrading to 
Odoo v17

and undertaking a 
complete redesign of our operational processes and ERP architecture

to support the next stage of our growth. We are looking for an experienced 
Odoo Functional Lead

to work directly inside the company and drive this transformation.

This is a 
hands-on, operational role

working across Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Quality to build a robust, scalable Odoo environment that supports world-class execution.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the migration and configuration of Odoo v17 across key modules: 
    Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Project
    .
  • Redesign and implement end-to-end business processes inside Odoo to align with Wildbran's operational model.
  • Diagnose system gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and eliminate manual workarounds.
  • Work side-by-side with internal teams to ensure alignment between system design and real operational needs.
  • Train and support users to adopt new processes and ensure long-term stability.

What Success Looks Like

After six months, Wildbran has a 
fully functioning, stable, and integrated Odoo v17 system

with clearly defined processes, accurate data flows, reliable planning tools, and strong connection between production, supply chain, and finance.

What You Bring

  • 4–7+ years of experience as an 
    Odoo Functional Consultant
     or similar role
  • Strong expertise in 
    MRP, Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounting
     modules
  • Proven experience implementing Odoo in 
    manufacturing or food/CPG environments
  • Ability to map, redesign, and implement operational processes
  • Strong cross-functional communication and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
  • Bonus: Python familiarity or prior experience with Odoo technical teams
