What You'll Do

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism

Troubleshoot service and technical issues (full training provided)

Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience

Collaborate with a young, multicultural, and supportive team

What We're Looking For

Italian at C2 level 

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude, curiosity, and motivation to grow

No previous experience needed full training provided

Must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon
