What will be your role
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Human Resources Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring top IT talent to support our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, events, etc.), ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality technical talent.
- Screening applications and conducting interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Creating and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on IT profiles.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, process coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Participating in career and tech events to promote employer branding and attract top IT professionals.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, with a focus on efficiency and hiring quality.

What should you bring to the team
- +4 years of proven work experience
in talent acquisition, recruitment, with experience hiring for technical or IT roles. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
- Strong experience in
sourcing candidates
for various positions, especially in the tech and IT sectors. - Proficiency in using
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
to manage and streamline the recruitment process. - Ability to identify and assess
technical skills
and cultural fit for roles within an expanding company. - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong focus on achieving recruitment goals and ensuring the best fit for the company's growth needs.
- Ability to work both collaboratively with internal teams and independently to manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Portuguese and English
. - Availability to work up to
2/3 days in the office in Lisbon
