Are you passionate about delivering exquisite cuisine in a unique seaside setting?
As a dedicated Chef de Rang, your passion for food, commitment to excellent service, and knowledge creates a service for our guests that goes beyond just a profession – it's an art. We take pride in creating a 'house environment' coupled with an exciting food and service experience that feels like paradise on a plate.
Key responsibilities
? Oversee arrangement & presentation of all dining elements
? Oversee & coordinate the flow of service with precision & great attention to detail
? Act as liaison between the kitchen & the dining room
? Team Coordination to ensure highest level of service quality
? Monitoring quality of service levels & attention to guests
Our ideal candidate must posses
? Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
? Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or Michelin is highly appreciated.
? Exceptional organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with the kitchen, restaurant team, and reception.
? Ability to maximize opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
? Strong prioritization skills, maintaining consistency amidst competing demands.
Adaptable and capable of integrating into a diverse team.
