As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we're looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world's most well-known brands.

To give customers a consistent path to a great experience, you will:


• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;


• Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;


• Know the product/service well;


• Process customer requests and complains;


• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;


• Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Our client is a great match if you
:


• Have a proficient or bilingual level of German, and a good level of English;


• Have call center experience;


• Live in Porto;


• Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;


• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;


• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);


• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
