Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you'll assist customers through phone, chat, email, and social media, addressing account queries, technical challenges, and transaction issues. Your goal is to deliver seamless, efficient, and positive experiences with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support across various communication channels
  • Help customers with account setup, verification, login issues, and payment procedures
  • Quickly and professionally troubleshoot technical problems
  • Serve as a reliable contact point, particularly for clients in the sports sector
  • Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and maintain high service standards
  • Recommend process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
