Sobre a Oportunidade:

Como membro da nossa equipa de desenvolvimento, serás responsável pela construção e manutenção de componentes core, interfaces e pipelines que suportam a integração de modelos de IA e serviços internos, garantindo sempre desempenho, qualidade e escalabilidade.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolvimento de componentes core (container apps), incluindo novas ferramentas para agentes;

  • Manutenção e evolução da Knowledge Base;

  • Desenvolvimento de interfaces, incluindo a reestruturação do backoffice de administração e melhorias nas restantes interfaces;

  • Suporte à produtização das BUs e acompanhamento em fases de estabilização;

  • Implementação de melhorias na traceability da aplicação, debugging e otimização;

  • Integração agnóstica com diferentes modelos de LLM;

  • Desenvolvimento e monitorização de pipelines de CI/CD.

O que Procuramos:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Eletrotécnica, Gestão de Sistemas de Informação ou áreas similares;

  • Mais de 4 anos de experiência como Full-Stack Engineer;

  • Experiência sólida em React no desenvolvimento front-end;

  • Experiência avançada em Python e Django no back-end;

  • Implementação comprovada de pipelines de orquestração de agentes (ex.: LangGraph);

  • Experiência em Haystack, bases de dados vetoriais e metodologia RAG (chunking, indexação e pesquisa open search, hybrid search...);

  • Experiência com arquitetura de microserviços e desenvolvimento de APIs REST;

  • Integração com AI Foundry (LLMs);

  • Conhecimentos de versionamento de código (Git) e pipelines de CI/CD;

  • Fluência em Português e Inglês.
